About our Company

AZ Real Estate Profit was founded by Chris Bastian as an opportunity  to capitalize on our current Real Estate housing market in Arizona. Chris has been in the real estate industry for the past 10 years working with Realtors, agents, brokers, appraisers, mortgage companies, home inspectors, general contractors and builders. We purchase distressed properties from various resources. We then sell these properties at a profit utilizing our unique sales method. We have been negotiating with various banks and liquidation firms for the past 4-weeks in order to purchase homes directly from these outlets before these distressed properties are listed with local Real Estate Agents.

Chris Bastian was raised in Nebraska and Iowa and after graduating from Arizona State University, he made Arizona his home. Chris has been in the Real Estate business for over 10 years.
